Call Recording:
Resellers ‘scratching surface’ of £1.5bn market
The market for business call recording in UK could be
worth over £1.5bn - and resellers have only begun to scratch the
surface. With over three million companies across Britain, sales of
call recording products leapt 65% last year – and that’s just one CTI vendor.
The major part of a market that grew 102% in 2006 (Datamonitor),
call recording has the potential to deliver expanding sales and
revenue for voice and data resellers.
That’s
according to Liquid Voice, the call recording specialist, who has
just completed its most successful year to date, with revenue up
53%, sales beyond expectations at 65% and a 30% increase in reseller
partners.
“Demand for call recording has never been greater and
we see the growth curve rising for many years to come,” says Chris
Berry, Business Development Director of Liquid Voice, whose products
are used throughout UK by major corporations, local authorities,
Government agencies, Call & Contact Centres, SME businesses, Banks,
Financial Service Providers, housing associations and Professional
Services providers.
“Every one of more than three million companies in UK
has a good reason to record their calls. Pretty soon it will be a
legal requirement for all companies and organisations to keep
records of their transactions. With the telephone remaining the most
popular and preferred method of contact, the opportunities for
resellers are enormous – and growing every month,” says Berry, who
cites the power of its products range and the good efforts of its
reseller partners as key to its success.
“While others struggle with the limitations of legacy
products and out-dated sales techniques, our resellers have been
quick to grasp the power, benefits and opportunities offered by
modern CTI solutions,” Says Berry.
“You don’t have to be a specialist, either in voice
or IT networks, to sell and install our products. Presented in the
correct manner, our industry-leading products near-enough sell
themselves. Call recording is the ideal way for voice resellers to
move into and succeed in the data world – and for IT resellers to
step into the world of voice.”
Increasing requirement to record calls amongst SME’s,
local authorities, financial service providers and government
agencies has fuelled demand for LiquidVoice CTI products and the
company has now embarked on a major expansion of its operations.
“For the past two years Liquid Voice has been working quietly - and
very successfully – across the industry, building our reseller
channel and winning new business,” says Berry. “Our early investment
is now paying dividends for Liquid Voice, for our resellers and
their customers.
We
are proven specialists with proven products that have successfully
rode the new market wave from its birth. We’re excited by our
success to date and the potential for significant future growth. The
wave is growing bigger every month and we’re keen to evangelize the
many market and sales opportunities that are available to
resellers”.
