Liquid Voice reach the Summit

Not content
with establishing one of the UK’s leading CTI / Call Recording
companies, Liquid Voice have set their sights on another
world-beating objective – conquering some of the world’s most
dangerous mountains.
Liquid Voice
director Andrew Barrett and his climbing partner Constantinos
Andreou chose a range of previously-unclimbed peaks in the Western
Topyrapt-Too mountain range region of Kyrgyzstan to pit their skills
against the power of mother nature.
The journey first involved a three-day trek by 4x4 and horse to
reach the glacier where they established base camp. The surrounding
mountains were all previously unclimbed and are between 4000m and
5200m in height.
Says Andrew:
“We went light and fast, carrying the clothes we were wearing, 3
litres of water each, a skinny rack and 35m of rope. We decided to
call the first peaks we climbed ‘the three sisters’ - Little Sister
(4207m), Second Sister (4341m) and Big Sister (4492m). We climbed 6
mountains in all.
“The view from
the summit is, literally, out of this world and worth the incredible
energy and concentration is takes to reach the top. We are now
aiming to start planning another climbing expedition for next year.”
